Digitwerks is an independent business based in West Virginia, USA. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to jason@digitwerks.com.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. When you request a password reset, we store a temporary one-time token and send a reset link to your account email. When you start a demo, we record the product, demo key, and expiration time. When you buy a product, we record the product, price, order status, license key, and related Stripe payment identifiers. We record limited sign-in and license-check activity to help prevent abuse. Our hosting provider may retain ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and request times.
How we use it
We use this information to provide accounts, send password reset messages, manage demos, process orders, deliver downloads, validate licenses, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep required business records. We do not sell customer personal information. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Payments and providers
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and are not stored by Digitwerks. Our website is hosted by Namecheap; these providers process information needed to run the site and complete purchases. Their own privacy notices explain their practices.
Cookies and security
The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account actions. We use HTTPS for account and checkout pages, restrict purchased files to authorized accounts, and limit access to business records. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and purchase records while needed to provide products, resolve issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing us. We may need to retain some transaction records after an account is closed. You can sign out at any time; clearing your browser's cookies ends your local session.
Future app features
Some Digitwerks apps may later offer online updates, license checks, or synchronization. Product-specific information about any additional data collection will be provided before those features are launched.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the current version here with a new date and notify customers of material changes when practical.
